AND NE 93RD ST. AND AUTHORIZING THE VILLAGE MANAGER OR DESIGNEE TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT WITH THE LOWEST RESPONSIVE AND RESPONSIBLE BIIDER, PABON ENGINEERING, INC., AND AUTHORIZE THE VILLAGE MANAGER OR DESIGNEE TO EXPEND AN ESTIMATED AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $645,000; AND PROVIDING FOR IMPLEMENTATION; PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE (PUBLIC WORKS DIRECTOR).
